So, how much time has passed in the show?

Probably doesn't help that Westeros doesn't have clear cut years. But does anyone have any idea of how much time has passed since episode 1 of season 1 and now? I only read the first book.

iirc one season = one year. but they did bump the kids' ages by a couple of years at the very beginning

A few years. I was never sure in the first season as it seemed like the season occurred over a few months.
