How do I buy/pre-order the InArt figure?

If you're looking for an official distributor outside of China (e.g. Sideshow Collectibles for Hot Toys), then you don't have many options:


Many of those are third parties so if you end up having some issues with your figure, then you're **** out of luck. Make sure to read the comments for some feedback. Toys Wonderland is apparently horrible.
