Who will be in the Mighty Avengers and New Avengers discussion (SPOILERS)

I think it's VERY safe to assume that Iron Man will lead one team, and Captain America will lead the other. We can figure out who will be in each time if we just think about it logically based on what we already know and what we know is coming in Civil War. Keep in mind that the following speculations are sometimes based on upcoming events in books so there will be spoilers.

So... I'll start with Captain America.

SPOILERS IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE IDENTITY OF NEW DAREDEVIL!!!
I believe Danny Rand has been revealed as the new DD so I believe he'll be in Cap's team.
Hercules
Spider-Man (or Spidey will just return to being a solo adventurer)
Invisible Woman. Given the increasing tension between Sue and Reed, and a couple of tidbits about things coming up in Fantastic Four, it's obvious they are going to split.
Where Sue goes, Torch follows??
Goliath
Either Thor or the Sentry.
Cable.

I really don't know who else. I don't know who that glowing green dude is, or the guy with the A on his forehead. Don't know enough about classic Avengers.
