Homecoming Would you be okay with Miles Morales becoming Spider-Man after Civil War?

I don't think introducing Miles Morales works without Peter Parking first establishing a legacy as Spider-man. Sure, you could do it, but you loose much of the character development and the tension that Miles Morales feels, wanting to live up to the legacy of the original. For that to happen, Peter Parker has to be Spider-man for quite some time first.

Ya no need to jump the shark and go right to miles. When we already know mcu peter will be young and fairly new to heroics. We need at least 2 phases with peter so we can give him some history and meaning in mcu. Then earliest be like phase 5 bring in miles. And they could do either peter dies and actor leaves the role. Or they can keep peter alive actor leaves and the character just retires for what ever reason. Then you can bring in miles then do a few films solo or team films with him. And then yoy bring back peter with either a new actor if original doesn't return or you bring back original.
