I thought Bagley wanted to try something new, so he once again just continues to work with Bendis

He's like the most habitual artist in comic history!

I don't know why I'm finding his new Carnage a little kinky in a weird way

Either way, Bagley's art is great and I'm already missing him on Ultimate, though I don't pick up any Avenger's title's, but I will if Spider-Man appear's, which he probably won't, that would mean teaming up with the pro-registration heroes.

Well, new Avengers and Mighty Avengers actually suppossed to be doing a cross over with the symbiote invasion arc. Possible team up happening there.

I think he was killed when Sentry took the Carnage symbiote into space and ripped it in half, since he hasn't been seen since.

Spawning and apparent death

Carnage stars in the miniseries Venom vs. Carnage in 2004. The Carnage symbiote spawns a "child" symbiote, which he tries to kill without success, acting on the symbiote race's instinctive hatred for their immediate offspring. The "child" later bonds with police officer Patrick Mulligan. Carnage feels nothing but hatred for the young creature and attempts to kill it, while Venom defends it. Venom names the new symbiote Toxin. Mulligan has since attempted to steer his symbiote towards heroism instead of murder.

Carnage is one of several supervillains trying to escape from The Raft in New Avengers #1-2. Although Luke Cage, Matt Murdock and Jessica Drew manage to keep him contained in the lower levels, it is the Sentry who finishes him off, flying Carnage outside the Earth's atmosphere and ripping him apart. He has not appeared since.

Carnage is set to make his return (albiet in a different form) in an upcoming issue of Mighty Avengers.[4]

So one Carnage is supposedly dead, but we never really saw Cassidy the entire arc. Just Carnage between torn to shreds. So I suppose it's open game.
