Chris Pine can't headline a blockbuster movie....

Nobody went to see Wonder Woman or Star Trek because he was in it. Whenever Pine is in a big film that isn't based on an already established property it flops.

Right, headline is the wrong word.

Rather, Chris Pine is starring in blockbusters.

Thats still makes him a bigger name then any actor in BP.

Seems like the film is majorly based of the McGregor/Priest runs of Black Panther with some visual cues from the Coates/Stelfreeze runs.

Overall, I'm happy. Just hope we make it to February...

Lol, I've seen come complaints about Killmonger's American accent.

Makes me know that these people are not very well versed on the panther mythos.

Yea, man. The misinformation out there is both disappointing but exciting. It means that for the general public, the expectations are low and that mining the source material well (and I have no doubt they have) will blow people's minds.

Have to say, I'm not the biggest fan of the Golden Jaguar/Leopard suit. I have no problem with the doppleganger trope really, but I just think they could have made it more visually distinct from BP.

Maybe retained Killmonger's traditional red/yellow color scheme and made his totem a caracal, which has roots in ancient Egyptian culture and tends to have reddish-yellow fur. But oh well, it's kind of nitpicky I guess. Everything else looks amazing.

Given how little the public really knows about the Panther from comics and with CW being his big mass audience introduction it is understandable that some are scratching their heads about Jordan's lack of accent, given every other actor other than Freeman and Serkis are using a "Wakanda" accent. It's a minor thing. I am sure the film will explain Kilmonger's history.

Even as adults....Plenty off siblings have been arrested for getting into fist fights with one another. Plenty of siblings take each other to court over petty nonsense too.

Oh right, that's a shame. I haven't really seen much of all this I guess, and glad I get on amazingly with my sis. I'd like to see a good sibling relationship in the Black Panther film if possible, especially after watching Loki betray Thor in every bloody film lol.

So judging by the trailers we know that BP and Killmonger go toe to toe at least 2 times. One at warrior falls, and the other at this underground location.

There's still time though. The Justice League movie has constantly tweaked its color grade just a month before the release.

I hope it remains more vibrant like before.

You're right I have on this film since it was announced and I don't know half of what is going on in this movie. But I love it. I felt the same way about Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
