Joe Biden is an old dude that has a stutter, trips over words and has a very old school POV that has and will get him into rhetorical trouble. Trump has always been on another level of "WTF is going on inside this pathological liar's brain?!!" for thirty years. He has always been a man that says dumb things, cuz he's not bright, or outrageous things to garner a spotlight, often with an uncouth meanness when dealing with his supposed enemies. He has always operated on two wavelengths: Bull****ting and Vindictiveness.

Now it just seems to vomit out without even the pretense of an editorial governor. These constant releases and public appearances are obviously signs of a man who isn't temperamentally or in any other way right in the head so as to lead one of the two political parties much less become president again.
