Marvel Films Marvel Studios' Scarlet Witch

Without spoiling anything, we know Elizabeth Olsen has eXtended her contract with Marvel Studios. And I can't imagine her going back to a series after having an important role in Multiverse of Madness. And yes she could have another supporting role in Avengers or someone's movie but a solo film seems like the most logical move for the Scarlet Witch.

Plus Marvel Studios doesn't have a lot of options (right now) for female led Marvel movies. Scarlet Johansson is done. Wasp is co sharing the title of Quantumania with Ant-Man but lets be real its technically Ant-Man 3. Carol Danvers got one but The Marvels isn't even a solo film, but more like Birds of Prey. Though I think we would get a Captain Marvel: Insert Subtitle in several years. Storm, Invisible Woman, Rogue, Marvel Girl - its unrealistic to eXpect a solo movie for them imo. She-Hulk probably can't get a solo film like Hulk without Universal distributing it.

I think it is time for the Scarlet Witch and Elizabeth Olsen for a solo film even if its a 1 and done.

I love Lizzie. Even if she gets her own solo, I hope she gets to give more input going in just like she did for MoM. Not only does she owns the role but she understands her character better. She is Wanda and Scarlet Witch. I can't see anyone as her but Lizzie. She's grown on me since Age of Ultron and throughout her journey. She's amazing at her craft. She makes me cry.

I would probably pass. She's certainly an interesting character, but she's been jerked all over the place and I just sort of feel like a solo movie would overdo it. If someone came up with a good, creative script, I'd probably go see it.

Or read Children’s Crusade which is a Young Avengers/Avengers/X-Men event.

It’s a sequel/epilogue of sorts to Disassembled and House of M.

Now that they've finally made "The Scarlet Witch" into a name the general audience actually knows, it definitely seems like it would be a waste not to capitalize on it with a movie.

Not sure what it would be about, though, other than tying up the loose end with White Vision.

Too bad, Marvel Studios should have already announced the neXt Quest for the Scarlet Witch.

I also liked the element of having a brother and sister superhero relationship in the MCU. Plus a speedster on a superhero team would be great at saving civilians from the collateral damage and showing that they are heroes. Shame Whedon needed his one death per film rule.
