The final trailer looks pretty good. I heard rumors Wonder Woman has a sizable role in this as well. I don’t understand why The Rock didn’t want Black Adam near Shazam. Big mistake. I think Shazam 2 will beat BA’s box office.

I think I prefer the first trailer even of I was tired of seeing it endlessly in theaters played. This trailer just felt generic with generic rap music like black adam trailers. Im still seeing this movie but I cant imagine this trailer will hit big with GA

The first movie was good because it mostly stayed away from generic superhero trappings, looks like that’s out the window.

Yeah, I feel like we're entering another bad period for superhero movies. Like that time when Ghost Rider, Elektra, Fantastic Four came out.
Between Shazam!, Multiverse of Madness, Black Adam, Quantumania... is all becoming just one big CGI blob. Is numbing.
The Batman got it right though.

To be honest, this trailer alone made me care about its story and character in its 2 minute running time, more than I ever cared about Black Adam's "story" the entire 2 hours it had to tell it. It seems to have heart (something that movie did not have).

I'm hyped. Loved the first one, hoping the second can match it (or better).

Also zero % surprised that people are complaining about CGI. Sorry folks, but these characters have bright and colourful mythologies with plenty of elements that need CGI in order to be brought into the fold. CGI isn't going anywhere.

And it's not about whether it has CGI or not. Literally every CBM nowadays has some. It's how bad and unpolished it looks here.

I'm the complete opposite. The 4 movies you listed as "numbing" I really enjoyed/am super hyped to see. The Batman, however, I thought was boring and dull. (Paul Dano being the only positive element from that movie.)

This movie looks fantastic! The first one is my favorite DCEU movie.

Didn't care for the first film I thought it was tonally inconsistent, especially between Billy and Shazam. Then there's no recognizable villains. I'm just over it all tbh lol.
