Deal or No Deal has been hugely successful over here in the UK, but I was just wondering is it as popular in the States?

Dumbest show I've ever seen. It's the David Blaine of game shows, a gameless game show. I know that's not the point of the thread, the show just annoys me.

I like it and my wife gets into it. It really isn't much of a game show, but I like the tension of seeing people get buttloads of money or leaving with basically nothing.

I love the show.
I watch it every Monday, well.............that and Prison Break.

Stupid stupid show. It seems to be popular here since it is getting a second season but then again, that could be marketing spin...it seeming popular that is.
