I'm betting on The Magician's Nephew. It's the first story chronologically and it's one of the books that wasn't adapted in the most recent film series so it's the likeliest candidate.Nice. I wonder which book she'll do first.
I'm guessing Magician's Nephew. IIRC, that was the plan when the reboot was first rumored.Nice. I wonder which book she'll do first.
Looking forward to an iconic white witch
I thought Nicole Kidman would have also been great casting for that film back then.To be fair, Swinton gave us a pretty damn good one.
Yep, Charlize would have been great too.I thought Nicole Kidman would have also been great casting for that film back then.
Now I know you're not disrespecting Tilda Swinton like this.Looking forward to an iconic white witch
I like the thought of itThey should just release them in chronological order and do The Magician’s Nephew first.
You have a valid point. I prefer your suggestion. While The Silver Chair is probably the second best book and a story we haven't seen adapted in the movies (just in that 80s BBC show), I do think it's an odd choice to use a start point of this new version, and would have also preferred the Magician's Nephew before everything else, not only because it's chronologically the first one and it makes more sense, but also because it has never been adapted in any medium.
It's Silver Chair still right?Do we know what they're adapting?
I dont think it is, unless there is news I never heard. It was Silver Chair when it was still loosely connected to the OG series, but this seems like a total reboot so I have no idea what the launch point here isIt's Silver Chair still right?
