No Origin... Confirmed by Latino Review

I didn't know it was already decided upon for Brainiac, and the notion that Bryne's Man of Steel is going to be the inspiration for the reboot. Which, all in all, is what all of us wanted in the first place. The thing is though; why Brainiac? Is that WB's doing?

We know that Nolan brought the story idea to WB, and not the other way around.

yup. It said this Superman will already be known by Lois and Metropolis, and that Brainiac will be the villain. That was pretty much one of the first things we heard.

Sure we heard first its lex/brainiac and that goyer brought the story to nolan and then they took it to dc and all that. And yes he said it could be a established superman. But we dont know if the film would start off the bat and he been around for awhile, or if it just meant we would get right into establishing him within the first act of the film.

totally we need to have a good starting point for this new series. And at least starting with his first day or first public save would be a good way to start off this new superman. And if we get either way we could be in superman action within the first 15 mins or so. Then get more into his past through out the film and all that.

no origin is failthey should show him from a baby, then to a boy, and right before he leaves for the city. then show his first rescue!
