Seconded. I love this show and would be perfectly fine if it kept on going, but I wouldn't want that to come at the expense of its creativity and originality, or just a strain on the very busy Noah Hawley. So at least he gets to end the series the way that he likes.
And we know ahead of time that this will be the end, which is no doubt good for Hawley and the crew, versus something like Iron Fist or Luke Cage, when we know there was more story to tell, but those shows got the rug pulled from under them- especially Luke Cage.
