Also good sign with getting through that workout. You're an Arnie fan right? Think I've seen previous posts from you suggesting that.
Arnie looks aesthetically best to me in Predator, not too big, and I started working out like crazy as soon as I'd watched that (also watched Terminator and Total Recall all for the first time on the same day as a kid).
I know all about those glute/hamstring bridges - supposed to be doing rehab but struggling to keep up with it. I am officially back in the gym supposedly 3 times a week, but when I miss a session it means a whole body part/area is missed for the week so maybe I should consider full body workouts like this to help on weeks when I'm going to miss days. Can't wait to be back to having no long term tendon issues.
Oh and awesome playlist!! Can't fail with that lol, I may have to try it.
