I swear to god though, if I see one more inside run on first down playcall by Arians....

I heard that, and to make matters worse he will be back next year:cmad:

I can only hope that someone makes him an offer somewhere and he goes, but at least the Steeler made in spite of Arians.

Me too. Especially if he decides to make this his last season. He is no spring chicken. Maybe both he and Batch should go out Bus-Style?

Indeed. Love the new avatar :woot:

I had that out in '05 as well

Hehe....I know this is sticking in Cowboy fans craw....they don't want the Steelers to be the first to get to 6...and I would be feeling the same way if it was the Cowboys in the SB and not the Steelers.

Loved the speeches and the shout out to the fans:woot:

On another note, I hope that McGahee makes a full recovery and we see him back on the field next year.

Amen to that my Steeler-brother

So happy about Flacco's performance after listening to every radio show and ESPN sucking his weiner all week.

Actually, I think Hines will be back next year...he still has 2 or 3 years still in him..and besides he still has some blocking teaching to go for our other recievers:woot:

He threw 3 picks in the Super Bowl (also puked)

He's been up and down, a choke artist & a phony his whole career IMO

I also feel that he is no a HOF'er.

He's never been up and down in his career....ever. He puts up consistently good to great numbers each year, with the exception of years he was injured.

That puking stuff is very overrated, who cares. He puked because he was tired and winded not because of any other reason...also he still threw for 357 yards and 3 tds.

After a long look at the scores, the following people will be in the final 8.

Double Down - 9 points
Kaleb - 7 points
Metropolis Man - 7 points
Matt - 7 points
The Last Son - 7 Points
Mister J - 6 Points
Bond - 6 Points
StorminNorman Returns - 6 points

Me too. He's not a rookie anymore? He sure as hell played rookie football tonight.

True, true! I just hope he gets to go out on top. Hines deserves it.

He's has had an up and down career with everything not just numbers.

You knew why he was throwing up? your happy that he threw for 357 and 3 tds?

Well, if Metro-Man, Kaleb, Last Son, or I get the exact score and you lose, then that person will...but what are the odds?

I might do the points a little different for the Super Bowl. Maybe making the correct pick gets you 4 points.

What has been up and down?

Yes......he wasn't the reason we lost that game. We couldn't stop the Pats when we needed. Very much like today's game.

Voters aren't going to say "well his numbers were great, but he did throw up in that Superbowl." HOF is a numbers game and he has them for sure.

5 Pro Bowls, Offensive Player of the Year, runner up to the MVP, 9 playoffs wins, 5 NFC Championship Games, and a SB berth.

McNabb will get in the HoF. He has the numbers and they're only going to get better. Not having a big time reciever helps his case as well.

O whatever, throw him into the HOF. As long as the Eagles keep choking, i'll be a very happy person

I hope he's OK and I'm happy that Jim Nantz is calling this game, he knows how to be respectful....if this was on NBC, Madden would be blabbing away and scribbling on his teleprompter....

Nantz gets all of that from his analysis of golf.

Are you making this up as you go along? Four points seems arbitrary. If I had a one point lead, I feel like the Super Bowl win would count for two points.

We can make it three points. Like I've told people, this is my first year doing the football pool. I really don't know what to expect as we go along. I don't want to do something that will upset someone. Make it feel like they were cheated. I want to give out points for the win and the score.

Pittsburgh is going to win number six and Mike Tomlin will go down as the third greatest coach in Steelers history.

Two points sounds fair to me.
