American Horror Story on FX - Part II

I doubt Mrytle would be getting offed next episode since we are suppose to see the council a couple more times this season and it wouldn't make sense for them to kill her.

Well, they'd burn her at the stake if she attacked another witch. Maybe "you're blind to your mother's ways, chicky!" was foreshadowing?

Murphy should've saved alien abductions for it's own season. That's true horror to me.

I could be mistaken too, but the first letter on the sheet looked like an "M" to me so I assumed it was her name.

It was definitely Myrtle, I could make it out on my screen.

I don't know, but the last scene in the preview with them burning someone at the stake, besides Fiona, I could make out Zoe, Nan, and Queenie to her left, and the other two council members that weren't Myrtle to her right, with the two albino guards standing in the back. With Fiona lighting the match, I wouldn't be surprised if she manipulated things around to get rid of another rival.

Currently watching the first season for the first time...I like season 3 better so far.

Phantom of the Opera type killer thing would be cool. They could have a musical episode (s)

Well if she was a witch, maybe Delia's husband is at least partly the reason why there are so few witches left. I seriously doubt it was the Voodoo. A treaty was signed when the witches had much larger numbers, and it wasn't broken until Fiona went to the salon.

As for next season, I think a carnival would be perfect. If not, a Phantom of the Opera type setting could be cool

Delia husband looked as though he was under some sort of spell, during the sex scene as did he when they were talking over food.
I wouldn't be surprised if Delia put some sort of spell on him to keep him from running off with other women, in which if he ever had sex with another woman, he would kill them soon after.

The end with the dead approaching the academy was pretty damn cool. Where's Rick Grimes when you need him?

They better not have only used Alexandra Breckinridge for that little bit... She was so aweome in the first season, I've wanted her back ever since .

Oh s**t. It is [BLACKOUT]Myrtle Snow who 'burns'.[/blackout]

How do you know?

I thought he wrote 'myself', but I didn't check very closely

I'm calling it [blackout]Myrtle[/blackout] threw the acid.

Apparently not, lol. :p

Well played, Fiona.

Is there no new episode next week? Saw no preview even though the voice over said "stay tune for scenes from next week's...."

Apparently some people got previews while others didn't. I didn't get a preview but it is up on youtube I believe.

Solid episode this week, though it does seem like they are beginning to stack up too many plotlines a la Season 2.

So...who would like if they went back to Murder House for season 4? Asylum for season 5 and a revisit to the witches in season 6? I don't mean return to murder house or the locations but continue the antichrist storyline. Have the next seasons be sequels to the already established stories. I ask because I remember really wanting to see where this little evil child story was going to go at the end of season 1. And I really love this coven season, it could only evolve more another season. Or will that be too complicated? I am also fine with an original season 4 story too.

I only watch like 3 episodes of Asylum so I don't know if a sequel is possible

This episode was the goofiest yet, but it was still a great one. Moments like Fiona putting life into that woman's baby and the Evil Dead references were great. I thought it was a funnier episode than others. Loved when Spalding tried to pick up Madison's corpse and ended up breaking her arm off. :funny:

Thought the zombie stuff could have been handled better, but it was enjoyable. And it looks like Zoe is the new Supreme. She put Marie Leveau on her ass with what I think was a powerful counter-spell. When Marie told the zombies to "Begin!", it looked like they were about to break into the Thriller routine for a second.

I'm wondering if last night's episode had a hint for next season. Since Jessica Lange is playing a character like Marlene Dietrich, is it a coincidence they name-dropped another old-time Hollywood actress, Veronica Lake, out of all names out there?
