Dude has def inherited his dad's range. Better actor than both his siblings IMO and that's just by seeing him in a few roles (Overlord, 22 Jump Street and this).

Now that he’s taken the serum and crossed the line he probably won’t be in a rush to give up the shield, although I would prefer to see him give it up in the end (rather than have it taken from him) when he realises he’s gone too far and no longer worthy of the shield. It doesn't look like Walker will lose the shield quite yet as there were set videos of him involved in a big brawl in the streets, likely after the Flag Smashers attacked a UN/GRC convoy and/or meeting. I do believe he'll have it taken or give up in the next two episodes so that those scenes of Sam wielding the shield back home in Louisiana make sense.

The most curious thing I am interested in regarding Walker's future is: what will his reaction be the first time he sees an alien? Because if he's going to be a recurring character, sooner or later he'll have his first encounter with aliens. Same for Zemo and Sharon. Let me put it differently for Zemo: how is he going to react the first time he sees an alien that doesn't look like a human? He knows about Thor and knows he's an alien. But what if the alien is Nebula? Rocket? Groot? Drax? Korg? Mantis?
I think for Sharon, the moment she encounters an alien for the first time will be similar to Sam and Bucky's in Infinity War.....acknowledge that they are there and shrug it off if they are on the side of the good guys.
I don’t know about the alien thing but the one weak spot I find in this show is the way that everyone just knew the Flag Smashers were super soldiers because they had powers. If super soldiers were the only ones who had those abilities in this universe that would be one thing. But Bucky has also faced off against Black Panther (and, to your point, various aliens) who have similar abilities. So it seems a bit rash to just jump to the conclusion that the Smashers were super soldiers even though it was the correct assumption.
Walker killed a man who had effectively surrendered in his custody. There's nothing noble about that. He's got to surrender to the government. Thing is he's got the serum in him now. They'll want to re-brand him and use him in a different capacity. Ironically probably closer to what Isaiah went through. He'll be on a "leash", covert in his actions, and they'll draw his blood as an attempt to re-create the serum. However, he can't be the face of the USA.
The US Government won't do anything until the killing goes viral and the American public turns on Walker.

Depends on how much of the American public turn on him or whether they say "fake news" or it never happened or rationalise it, which I'm sure many will.
Honestly, I suspect that John Walker being rebranded into a covert ops super-commando would probably be good *for him*, too. No more being expected to be perfect, to be the shining saintly face of all possible heroism, just a soldier who does his job. Granted, he probably should also be spending weekly visits with that psychiatrist that works with Bucky. *ahem*
Just curious, where was the implication that she saw Walker as "her golden boy" - and how does Walker's actions make HER look bad? there's no indication that Walker is (or ever has been) one of her patients. They had worked together before when she was still a soldier, yes (she says in Ep 2 "we did some field ops back in the day."), but I never saw/heard any indication that she had ever worked with him in her current capacity of a therapist. I don't see Walker's issues/actions reflecting on her at all.Yeah, that shrink looks pretty bad right now, lol. She spends so much time giving Bucky ****, meanwhile her golden boy Walker had clearly been dealing with his own PTSD issues for a while now and just chopped a guy’s head off.
On the other hand, the one who says "I am Iron Man" is still the true Iron Man.
I actually want him to say that in front of a certain God of Thunder if they ever meet, just to hear the reaction from Thor.
I doubt they ever meet though.
