I can't believe how stupid they're being about this since Google has a competing streaming device that is arguably better.Yeah...considering in the last year and a half, they've had disputes with Fox, Peacock, AT&T and now Google, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Roku is the problem here. Being a top streamer has made them greedy. They used to be the "brand agnostic" open platform. That was their whole appeal. Now they can't go 6 months without withholding something others are offering because of contract disputes.
@flickchick85 warned me that this wasn't something to be excited for and it was just an elaborate name change.I got the 1 week free trial of Paramount+ and it doesn’t seem worth the $10. Not excited about the movie or TV show catalog. Pretty disappointed.
Hulu Improves to 41.6 Million Total Subscribers, Hulu Live TV Loses 200,000 – The Streamable
Increasing your price and promising new channels that don't show up until 6 months later probably has something to do with it. YouTube TV offers more for the same price.
