What awful thing did Lebron do to you that your didn't go with Keaton, Bale or Pattinson? :csad:

He didn't sign with the Lakers earlier. Plus, at least 2 or the 3 were better movies. I'm never gonna hear the end of it from @Docker2.0 if the Lakers go down....that being said, there is another shoe for that foot. :hehe:

Pandemic P is pretty puzzling (that alliteration tho :o). I used to stand up for dude awhile back (which was difficult considering how much I couldn't ****ing stand that Indiana team), but these recent runs are woeful. Just shrinking like crazy. Then, he keeps running his mouth after the fact. A number of that Clipper squad are mouthy and undeservedly so. The one guy who has ground to talk doesn't say anything, while others talk more than the Warriors. I wasn't sad to see them get bounced out of the bubble.

TBH, I wasn't feeling all the "the city is mine" commercials and all that nonsense from Kawhi either. I think that dude is physically incapable of playing 70+ games anymore. We might've seen the best of him already, hopefully not, but it seems that way.

But Paul, yeah he gotta relax. That's 3 consecutive years now where he's literally had his worst performance of the season in a closeout game.

I forget who said it, but it's true: PG could be the best player in any given series against anybody...but routinely ends up the worst. He's too talented and they gave up too much, next year might be it for him and his opportunities to show and prove...

Plus, that 'it wasn't a championship or bust year' nonsense he was ripping off. Dude might just not be made for that level/ I put less stock into that kind of stuff than most seem too, but yeesh, he can't be serious.

It's delicious.

Watched the Laker game last night. I don't think Denver has much of a chance against them (but 4 games in, I didn't think they had much of a chance to win either of the last 2 series). They just don't match up well against the Lakers. The Lakers can throw too much skilled defensive length at them inside while defending the perimeter. That game wasn't nearly as close as the score. If felt like the Lakers could hit the gas at virtually anytime they wanted. Of course Denver's foul trouble helped, but the Lakers didn't really take advantage of that at the end of the first half.

Sometimes things fall your way and everything seems to fall into place. People down here aren’t saying it, but Kobe is on everyone’s mind.

So, it’s a little premature, but

Big Game James
Big Shot Rob
AD 3?

Anyone think the Lakers gave up too much in that trade?

Obviously, with everything that happened this year, especially with Kobe, LeBron has a chance to not only cement his spot among the legends but also as a true Laker. Particularly if he has to face Boston, which is a rite of passage for any Laker.

As far as AD, this is the first time that GM LeBron got it right. He routinely mortgaged the future of his previous franchises for vets, but AD is still plenty young provided he can stay upright. Skill and talentwise, he's been top 5 for at least the past 3 seasons, he's just on the main stage now...

Weird that AD stops being injury prone during a deep playoff run?;nd

That was some big shot Rob s***. I don’t think Denver can do this, but they surprised the hell out of me and I don’t think they’re going away without a big fight.

31 seconds left and Denver is prolly going down, but, man, those guys impress me. You can't overcome 3-1 time after time, but these dudes.....tough road for Denver, but junkyard dogs they be.

Nuggets have the Lakers right where they want them. LA fell right into the trap.

edit:

Hey! Stow it, lady!

They better bring their best effort next game. If they lose, all kinds of thoughts will start to creep in.

By the way, this Rondo bandwagon still has all kinds of room. Anybody?

Dude needs to get in shape if he wants to stay in this league. Man, Lakers don't win this without him. When he hit that 3......is he tough upstairs or what?

He plays like he's 6 and 7. He never grew into those arms and hands. The most underrated pickup the Lakers made.

As a lifelong Laker fan, I don't think I've ever rooted for the Celts.....until now. I don't think Miami or Boston has a very good chance against LA, but I want Boston.

If the Lakers didn't have Rondo, I don't see them winning the series against Denver. Dude's game is like death by a thousand cuts.

Denver needs to upgrade their backup center to Jokic (Steven Adams!). They're getting killed by the Laker bigs as well.

Oh well. IF the Lakers win we probably don’t get the Celts. Dude didn’t have a great game tonight but, like Clue, beware the butler, on the court, with the rock.

The surprisingly correct decision.

Yeah. Probably, but he ain't gonna be in the unemployment line for long.

I think the Lakers have too much top end talent for the Heat. I think Denver was the 2nd best team left in the playoffs......until they weren't.
