Without spoiling it for you. Yelena is not like Natasha at all in fact she has much more impulsive and headstrong

That's something I guess, but I can't comment fully because I haven't watched the movie. She doesn't need to be a bad guy per se, although that would be personally more interesting, but at least I just want them to differentiate it.
