The attempted murder of Ricochet by Shelton with the knee was beautiful. And yes, it's nice seeing Gable do what he do best.- Battle royal was blah, but I liked seeing Shorty G as an actual wrestler again.

Agree with all this.
Sasha/Asuka always be put on great matches.
I don't get Lana getting a push. Never will. It reeks of the "Diva Era". Bianca should have gotten the push. I worry that she'll never get a title run. Happened in NXT...
- Opening match did not go the way I expected but I did enjoy it. AJ is the greatest SS captain ever.
- Tag match was fantastic, and one of those matches where it didn't matter who won.
- Sami/Bobby had the right ending, but outside of Sami's antics, didn't have that much too it.
- Asuka/Sasha was all kinds of fun, and it was nice to see a straight up match between the two, without a lot of typical WWE booking. Clean finishes are a nice thing.
- The women's SS match had a lot of enjoyable bits. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did, and I was all aboard the Bianca taking this hype train. I thought her and Peyton really stood out here. Now while they did protect Bianca with the finish, what value is there in giving Lana the win, as opposed to letting Bianca pull off the miracle? I like Lana, but she just ain't a wrestler and the final result felt very wasteful. It's the kind of thing you could put on Bianca's highlight reel. The "starting point". Also Nia almost hurt every single person in the match she touched.
- Main event was great. I did not like the ending even with the protection for Drew, but at least there was an ending. Drew and Roman are the two biggest stars the company has had since Bryan and Cena in 2014. Sad that this kind of booking didn't come before COVID hit.
Okay, one thing that pisses me off more than anything, is that the WWE released Lanas Chronicles episode before the PPV, and fellow wrestlers etc demanded that therefore everyone is supposed to root for her in the PPV.
**** no.
I root for the person i saw in the chronicles episode, that is one i can get behind.
She works hard and wants to do her best.
She is struggling with negativity etc from "fans" and that is ****, attacking her as person for what her character is or does sucks...in general attacking another person is ****ty.
But i will not sit here and support bad booking/writing just because the person behind the character is working hard.
And part of me wants to accuse the WWE of calculating this all because they are too lazy to put the work in themself.
You want me to support and root for lana the character? Then stop writing her as a ****ing stupid dumbass that cant do anything and falls victim to a dumb heels tactics.
Show me the character this person in the chronicles episode could be.
It really is something that made me angry yesterday when people left and right came out to support lana and smear everyone who was critical...not to her as person but to her wwe character that is shown in the shows.
Again, im 100% against bullying and harrassing her on a personal level...that sucks.
But that doesnt mean i will suddenly praise the WWEs booking and writing of the character "Lana".
That is still a cowardly idiot "babyface" that had just luck at SS.
There were people complaining why John Cena wasn't in attendance for the Undertaker thing. First, he's currently shooting the Peacemaker TV Series in Canada (after a 2 week quarantine) and second, (in kayfabe) he had disappeared without a trace from WWE.
Why would Cena be in attendance? Why should he? Who was complaining? I don't know who was expecting or asking for a Cena appearance last night. Not like WWE teased it either.
There were people on social media wondering why Cena didn't show up for the Undertaker.

Social media sucks. Twitter sucks. Twitter was a mistake.
It wasn't directed at you Dr. Evil
The only one who was campaigning for Andrew Yang for that job was Andrew Yang. Also, it's going to take more than the words of Andrew Yang to get something done here.
I highly doubt Biden or his administration are going to be spending much time on WWE, UFC et al.
The media put far too much stock on the idea that it would be Yang getting the job and putting WWE's feet to the fire.
