I actually think, on the Marvel side at least, Mandy Moore is better suited to play MJ. Her or Sophia Bush.

Mandy would definitely be a great MJ.

I like Mandy for Jesse because I think she'll be able to play the southern belle all-American type really well.

To K. Steel: You're making me recall my high school days when I was trying to cast all the superheroes in one giant live-action comic book universe. God, there were so many pages. It was more Marvel than DC looking back, and some of my choices, I must admit, sucked. I cast Ben Affleck as Iceman and Matt Damon as Human Torch for Pete's sake.
But seriously, I am blown away by what you've assembled. Keep 'em coming!

Cast Booster Gold, please.

Thomas Jane as Orin

Brendan Fraser as Captain Marvel (Height 6'3)

* While I like Brandon Molale's look also, Fraser has a proven acting range that's perfect for the role.

all, Way to Awesome

I could never take Booster Gold seriously, but I think his antics are why alot of fans love him. I could so see Scott pulling off Booster's unjustified egomania, selling out and drive to hit on every woman in Metropolis.

Meanwhile, Jon's more laid back comedy style as Blue Beetle, if you've seen The Office, will be an amusing contrast to Booster's reckless ways. There would be some interesting adventures between the two.

He's like the Krusty the Klown of the DCU. He probably has his own Booster Gold home pregnancy kits.
