Episode One: The Heroes Rebuild
The 13-segment maxi-series event begins five days after the events of "Destroyer" as the Justice League begins to rebuild Metropolis after the carnage and destruction caused by Darkseid and his forces begin to take its toll. Meanwhile, the effects of the Anti-Life Equation on Darkseid and Lex Luthor have put the two villains on a wild trip into the mysterious time portal called Highway 35, home of both the Wacky Racers and Hot Wheels Acceleracers, one of whom want to kill the Lord of Apokolips for imprisoning them in an eternal race where there is no escape! And, what does it have to do with a confrontation with the leader of the Wacky Racers, Penelope Pitstop? That's something Lex Luthor (Clancy Brown) has to find out if he wants to get out alive!
Episode Two: Booster Gold: Superstar
The death of his sister Michelle in his own series has put Michael Jon Carter and his Teen Angel ancestress Taffeta "Taffy" Carter on a quest for a new purpose in their lives, leading up to the formation of the new company Goldstar Media! And he and the Teen Angels are about to use their new company to market themselves as superstars! But, Captain Caveman is about to tell both Booster Gold and the Angels that "Fame is a cruel mistress that has a price" (Translated from Neanderthal)! And, all five of them are about to find out what that price really is, as Taffy begins to become the diva of the band, and Booster finds himself selling himself out for fame and fortune! Can Brenda, Dee Dee and Cavey be able to help their friends without getting caught up themselves?
Episode Three: Luthor's New Gambit
Lex Luthor and Penelope Pitstop (Heather Locklear) finally escape Highway 35, but not before trapping Darkseid there and at the mercy of the Metal Maniacs Acceleracer team! Now back on Earth, Luthor thanks his new female benefactor by financing her new racing operation: Luthor-Sneekly Stuntworks! But, as Penelope "Pitstop" Sneekly is about to find out, Luthor has a dark new plan in the works, for he is about to give himself Superman-level powers! But first, he tests his theory on some new recruits, including some from Penelope's Wacky Racers team!
Episode Four: A Question Answered In Blood
It has been years since the events of Batman: The Animated Series, and, Officer Renee Montoya has been on a downward spiral: her mother has died, she shot an innocent bystander during an arrest and she now has a drinking problem. So much so, that it has led her to quit the Gotham police force! Now a private investigator, she looks to exorcise the demons that had haunted her the last few years. But, when she goes into the old Gotham Paper Mill to hunt down a dangerous metahuman criminal, she finds a large question mark dripped in blood! What does this mean? Could it have something to do with the Riddler? Or, could it have something to do with a DC hero called the Question, who we find out is on his last legs, and that's something Montoya and the Huntress must find out together if they want to save him!
Episode Five: The Return of Shazzan and the Arabian Knights
In this fifth-episode Hanna-Barbera spotlight, a magical genie and Kahndaq's answer to the Justice League make their very first Timmverse debut as Shazzan (Alexander Siddig) is reunited with his original owners, Prince Turhan (Adam Rodriguez) and his sister, Princess Nida (Patricia Velasquez) after sending another brother-sister duo, Chuck and Nancy Jones (Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush) back home to the United States! But, there is a problem: Teth-Adam (Marc Copani) the man known as Black Adam, has returned looking to take over Kahndaq, and it doesn't sit well with his descendants, the Royal Family of Kahndaq, forcing them to join forces with the metahuman strongman Bez (David Batista) and the wise old wizard Raseem (Erick Avari) to form a new DC superteam: The Arabian Knights! But, who is Adrianna Tomaz (Sophia Bush in a dual role)? And, what does she have to do with the Arabian Knights, Black Adam and the return of an Egyptian warrior princess from the Filmation days?
