The Return of the DC Animated Showcase for 2007/08

kenny i meant to ask what exactly is the penelope pittstop/penelope sneakly connection i'm confused

I've been watching the Perils of Penelope Pitstop series when it was on Cartoon Network, and one question that's been bugging me, it's that if Penelope Pitstop's uncle was named Sylvester Sneekly, then shouldn't Penelope's real name be Sneekly also, with Pitstop being her heroic alter ego?

That's what I've been thinking.

maybe the sneaklys are her mothers side of the family or penelope pittstop is the nickname profesional alias of penelope sneakly

Yeah, that's what I thought. As for Roxy Rocket though, in her upcoming series, I will be tying her origin to the fact that her father was a stuntman and all-around bad guy named Richard "Dick Dastardly" Sutton. Think of it as a modern-day take on the Wacky Races character, and the fact that he could have a daughter that followed in his footsteps, and just as good as he is!

Next: The Question

what did you mean "as bruce timm meant him to be"?
i aways thought freakzoid was the wbs version of the mask

Freakazoid may be the WB's version of the Mask, but Bruce Timm wanted a straight superhero adventure about Freakazoid, before Steven Spielberg wanted Timm to turn the show into a superhero parody series!

i wonder how freakazoid done straight would have worked

in regards to the impossibles, whos fireblast? there were three imposibles

True, there were three Impossibles members. Fireblast (or Flame Man) is the newest member of the Impossible that is created by me.

This new fourth member is also its first Latino Impossible member to be added to the group, with the ability to become living flame, which sort of a counterpoint to Liquidator (or Fluid Man).
