Good episode last night, but I feel like the conversation between Deb and Dex wasn't long enough. It could have been cool to do a quick montage of them talking, with a Dexter voiceover saying something like, "I told Deb how I got started, about the code Harry taught me. She asked me about everything and everyone - Doakes, Rita, Trinity, Lumen. I told her the truth."

I guess I felt that Deb would have been much more inquisitive, even if it's a huge shock to her.

I think after hearing how Dexter described his darkness she's a bit frightened to learn more, but still loves him enough to want to believe he can change. I don't think Dexter wants to reveal too much to her just yet on all the details, and she's too afraid to really dig down deep for fear that he really is going to remain that forever, something that's against her own code.

well it cant just be about the game anymore... i mean he probably found a lot of **** on Dex's computer... so he has the confidence to shove it in dexters face by showing up again... he has some dirt on him.

@thebat812 - how awesome was it seeing dexter try to describe his dark passenger to deb... it was scary as hell to me.

i dont think Deb has fully realized whats happened. Like when someone dies, it takes a while to really hit you... so I'm expecting a big meltdown, holy **** type moment from her. sure she puked, but thats not full extent

Louis better not end up as Dexter's deranged cousin (or family member) that they plant into his childhood with odd flashback scenes. And Deb better stay away from him too.

I'm thinking they might use the main bad guy from Double Dexter and change his story to fit Louis.

I could see Louis stumbling on Dexter's secret and then mirroring his ritual to try and get Dexter arrested.

I think it's going to be a tug of war between him and Dex, escalating each time until Louis buys it under Dex's knife.

Well they showed Dex passing him at work so it doesn't seem like it phased him at all but that was just a brief snippet from the preview

well Louis definitely cannot be a third brother... and its a stretch for him to be Rudy's son.. timeline wise... but then again it is a tv show.

Maybe Louis is another vigilante that was about to get Rudy but then Dex got in his way and he's been following him ever since waiting to take out the competition

thats also pretty doubtful, but it could be.. Louis's game being based on Dexter.

I'm still not sure what to make of it. Not a fan of the family approach though... that twist has been used twice now... Once with the reveal that ITK was Dex's bro, and one with Trinity's daughter being the one who killed Lundy...

it shows Ray Stevenson's character with his muscle-men closing in on Dexter's boat and a person with a striped sweater milling about on the boat. Then blood spattering on the boat. That sweater looks like something Louis would wear. I bet he gets killed trying to meddle more in Dexter's affairs, and if that is true then there won't be anything more to reveal about Louis in all likelihood. I like the idea he dies this way, but it would mean undermining his motives/his actions with the hand and leaving it without much explanation.

i kind of thought this too.. they say episode 3 has one of the most disturbing scenes ever... I think Louis may be messing with Dexters boat and the mob people kill him thinking he is dexter (maybe he even pretends to be dexter)... this will bring heat on Dex as well cause Deb with think it was him... I like where some of this is going if it holds up

I like this idea because it's similar to how Season 2 had one of Dexter's problems (Lila) take care of/eliminate another of Dexter's problems (Doakes). Worlds colliding = always fun.
