Where did you get these from? And is the sneak peek out?

Would it really have been that expensive or difficult to attempt Lee’s art style? I think a lot will be lost when forcing this story to adhere to the DCUAOM continuity.

What's it under? I couldn't find anything under a search for "Batman Hush". Is it an extra for another movie?

Yes, it's attached as a sneak peek with Justice League vs. The Fatal Five.

Looks really good! The art style flows better than I thought it would. Not perfect, but good

“I don’t wanna go into spoiled if you haven’t read Hush...”

*spoils the whole thing*

Why they chose to adapt this...I have no idea. It's Jeph Loeb's worst Batman story. The Jim Lee art was the whole appeal and the only thing anybody talked about at the time. The cheapo budgets for the these straight to Bluray animated movies will not do the artwork justice so it seems pointless to adapt. I felt the same way about the Killing Joke movie - the magnificent Brian Bolland artwork was butchered in that adaptation.

I was not a fan of this comic at all. I bought the hype of it at the time and was majorly disappointed in the story. I’m not even in that much love with Lee’s art style anymore too. So, I don’t find myself rereading it as much as other comics.

With all that, I’m amused/disappointed at how this whole animated universe is just now forcing old stories into it. And of course how the New 52 isn’t even really a thing anymore anyway.

Jeph Loeb’s 3 major Batman stories (Hush, TLH, and DV) are honestly some of my all time favorite Batman stories. I’m a sucker for any Batman story that features the Rogues Gallery.

Agreed completely! They are definition of perfect stories

When does this movie come out?

Weird because it would ballpark the season at least at the end of the video, which what I saw didn't have.

Really don't know how I feel about this, based on this trailer ?

It looks ok. I mean it looks faithful enough to the comic. Still wish they went with a different animation style.

I'm more excited by that trailer than I've ever been by the comic. Other than the awesome Joker beat-down (which by the look of that trailer they've kept in - I hope it's just as brutal) Hush left me pretty underwhelmed. I love some of Loeb's other works (The Long Halloween, Dark Victory, Catwoman: When in Rome) and I'm a big fan of Jim Lee, but Hush didn't do it for me. So I wasn't really expecting the trailer to excite me. Happily I was wrong! I will definitely buy this :yay:

I'm not familiar with the comic, but I've been enjoying the majority of these DC animated films, and this one looks like its going to deliver as well. Maybe its because I'm still on a high after watching Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles though. Hopefully, it comes out soon.

I guess we now know how and why Batman goes from his New 52 to his classic costume.

This^^^

Will definitely still watch as its one of my favorites but doesn't look they've really been able to bring the same pop that these two original panels did.
