As I said in the OP, using this as a source(List of films based on Marvel Comics publications - Wikipedia) how would you divide up the era of Marvel movies whether MCU or Non-MCU?
Personally, for me I would go like this:
1944 to 1985. There was a Captain America serial that came in 1944.
1986 to 1997. Howard the Duck began it
1998 to 2007. The Pre-MCU era began with Blade and ended with Fantastic Four Rise of the SIlver Surfer.
2008 to 2015. MCU era began although of course, there were non-MCU Marvel movies and it began with Iron Man and ended in a flop that was Fox's Fan4stic.
2016 to Present. another era in Marvel movies began with Deadpool and changes began which included Disney purchase of Fox.
How would you do it personally?
