The 1960s X-Men never age. Beast can turn into human form at will.
FOX mutants age slower and better than humans. They only age as normal humans (faster and worse) when they are experimented upon (Magneto in the original timeline, who was captured in 1967 and imprisoned until 1978/1979).
Moira is apparently "human", but in 1983 both Xavier and Havok are surprised to see that she hasn't aged that much. It's a strong hint that Moira is a mutant (Hickman took notice as well).
Beast uses a more specific serum.
