So have you guys had any irrate (bad attitude, jerks, dumb) customers at your jobs?

I work at a video store and people will see me in my uniform putting movies on the shelf and they go "Do you work here?"

Also customers usually get these coupons in the mail which you can use to get rent one movie and get another free. They're only for the older movies and video games. They don't work for new releases. It even says so on the coupon. So this one time these people bring up a new release AND an older movie and they wanted to use to coupon. I tell them it won't work for new movies and they make a big fuss about it. My manager who was listening let them have one of the movies free. It's a good thing he did just to get them to shut the hell up. Read the damn coupons people it's not that hard.

Video store...how many times have you had someone return a DVD, complaining of "defective black bars on the top and bottom of the screen"? I overheard that once at the store.

THANKFULLY, I now have a job with ZERO CUSTOMERS! Hooray!

Heh, I get the opposite.
I have to wear a suit at my work. Many times I've gotten off and gone shopping. People (usually old ladies) see me in the store, in a suit and just assume I'm the manager.

And I love it, because I'm not an employee, and these idiots just walk up to me and start asking me all of these questions about some product, or where they can find a specific thing, etc. and I always look at them for a sec and say "How the f*** would I know?" and they're all shocked.
Lol

Hmm my worst customer experience well lets see
whilst working at a cinema , I had to throw some kids out of the theatre cause they were underage. It was this one kids birthday party so I felt pretty bad for doing it, and I said that they could go see another film just not that one. Well after the film the mother of the birthday boy comes charging at me and practically bites my head off saying that the only reason I threw her boys out was because they were jewish. I was pissed off about that. She later went and made a complaint to my manager and because he had to side with the customer he gave me a warning .

Where's the "Get a brain morans" pic when you need it

All the time, luckly im in the back doing the work for them and i dont have to natter to them, down side is i work with *******s and have to talk to them

What I hate most are customers, who pull up to the pump and then sit there for what seems like minutes at a time doing whatever.

I can't leave the till and do some work when they do that, because the moment I move, that's when they usually get out and pull the nozzle.

Had I known it was you, I would've rushed back to the till.

What I also dislike is when people ask me for my political viewpoint on an issue and then get upset when I tell them honestly.

For example, I had a socialist ask me what I thought about my country's NDP leader, Jack Layton. I told him that I thought he was a parasite on the public purse, because about 10 years ago while a city councillor earning 150 grand a year, he was living in public housing.

If you can't handle the truth, don't ask for it.

My mom works at a Dunkin Doughnuts and she had a customer giver her a hard time because she couldn't give him any ketchup. Who puts ketchup on their doughnuts? Weird.
I remember my mom's boyfriend once gave a guy at McDonalds a hard time because they didn't have any pepsi. He made a big deal about it to him and the manager. He was suck a d-ck, I don't know why my mom ever dated that guy, lucky for us his wife found out about him sleeping around and we never saw him again.

Here's one that didn't happen to me it happened to someone else that's a member of another board that I go to. I thought this was hilarious.

He worked in a music store awhile ago and a woman brings her son who's either eleven or twelve and buys him the first DMX CD. He tells about the explicit content warning. She says okay, how much is it? She buys the CD and the next day she storms in the store and slams the CD and says "What the hell do you think you're doing selling this ****ing trash to children?"

He asks her what the problem is and she says "One of you ****ing idiots sold this trash to m son" He says "Just as I told you yesterday when I rang this CD up for YOU, it is not Child Friendly." She says "I wouldn't buy this trash for my son." His boss who was listening tells him to check the CD and issue a refund. So he opens the now cracked jewel case and sees that the CD is broken in half. The lady goes "It was like that." He says "Ma'am if the CD was broken when you got it, then you wouldn't have come in complaining about the lyrics and content."

SOme relationships are meant to be volatile.

It makes the cuddling so much the sweeter.

You know I remember back in History class there was another group of people that were "just following orders" and giving the Jews a hard time, who was that again?;)
