Uma Thurman as The Bride/Beatrix Kiddo/Black Mamba/Mommy (LOL): she was really dedicated to her character for all the training she did (wire work, learning two languages, martial arts, Kung fu, swordsmanship). I can't see anyone else nailing it like she did, partially cause she helped create the character.

Jennifer Hudson as Effie White: amazing performance to some it's overrated but to me she was nothing less than superb, and the fact that Hudson had never acted before only amazes me more.

Patrick Stewert as Professor X: from comics to screen, fans are screaming for a reboot but if they did one I don't think we would or could get another great professor like the one Stewert delivered.

Ian Mckellen as Magneto: everything Stewert was as Xaiver Mckellen was plus more as Magneto. He was classic, majestic, and just plain cool.

Heath Ledger as The Joker: (I ain't got nothin to say he was truly magnificent)

I have to disagree that Christian Bale, Heath Ledger, and Daniel Craig were made for their roles, or a perfect fit as the title suggests, for Batman, Joker, and James Bond respectively.

Now I love TDK but as mentioned early by one poster, we've seen other versions of both Batman and Joker which were good or better, it's just in the current version of the Batman universe, they were great. The same applies for Craig's Bond, where Bond is made as a gritty, brooding, Bourne-like type of agent.
