Agree on Scarecrow, would love to see him be the main villain this time around. If I had to choose a second villain for these films (maybe not the main villain?) Mr. Freeze.

I'm genuinely curious how much of an expansion of the universe Reeves is allowed to do. When they said he was taking pitches for villain movies, that was at a time when HBO max was looking to do direct to streaming films. Now that they are shifting away from that strategy, do you think we still get solo villain features in theatres? I don't think so but who knows.

Coming back from Civil War, I need Reeves to snatch Plemons up before someone else does.

I would go with Black Mask for the sequel and then for The Batman Part 3 I would go with Joker & Harley Quinn as villains
