Okay, Ghostrider87, I know a lot of people have told you to practice shading, but please don't listen to them. Don't even shade your pictures. Don't color them either. You first need to learn how to simply make a good line drawing first.
Even before you begin to study anatomy, you're going to need to practice drawing smooth lines. Many of the lines on drawings are rough and sloppy looking. One way to practice is to try tracing straight lines and circles, and try to make the line as smooth as possible.
After you've drawn a few really good lines, draw simple 3-D objects. Boxes, cylinders, simple things like that. Only after you're able to render simple shapes on a three dimensional plane should begin to study anatomy.
