The Amazing Spider-Man "The Amazing Spider-Man" Soundtrack Ideas?

I hope they keep the music from the trailer in the movie, it is really haunting and powerful at the same time.

The last thing this movie needs is trailer music. We've got enough of that with the current Batman films and most films in the genre (Comic Book and Action).

As with most films, I'm down with a score only soundtrack. Though for some reason I'd like to see somebody like Lupe Fiasco do a song for the film. I think he fits the theme.

Obviously the best candidate for a soundtrack song. :awesome:

anyone know if they will use the spidey theme from the previous films?

This song actually isn't that bad, but god dammit I hate that musical.

The film doesn't need a soundtrack with Rock and Pop tunes, it need a really good film composer. Keep the film classy by hiring a really good film composer.

That's not classy. That's generic.

Yeah, we need someone good. There are too many superhero films around with less than memorable scores.

Classy would be Frank Sinatra tunes.

What would you prefer?

I wasn't disagreeing, I would love a solid composer with a great score. I was just saying it isn't classy. It is generic, but that doesn't mean bad.

I am paying attention. You need to use more appropriate words

Elegant is one word that comes to mind.

Let's put it like this, it's far classier to use a film composer than Rock/Pop tunes.

Not really. A band like Muse, for example, could create a magnificent soundtrack.
