Yeesh. Nope. Looks cheap and ugly. Tom Hardy is literally the only thing I can see going for this movie. Was really hoping he would just be the Brock version and not some weird amalgam.

The more I hear about this movie the less enthused I get.

No not yet, I've seen a lot of articles claim that Riz Ahmed is rumoured to play Carnage but no one thinks it might be this guy?

Hollywood Reporter broke the news that he was in talks to join Venom. Look at him in the pics I posted and tell me you don't see Kasady. Scott Haze is his name.

Does look the part to be fair.

I just wish Venom was a mcu film. Would be funny to have Carnage meet Loki and say "y'know, I've actually killed less people than you".

Wow, it's starting to feel real. The art looks kinda lazy. It looks like it was taken literally off the pages of a comic book.

I'm guessing it's a work in progress.

Since it's just art resembling the comicbook I have no idea how representative that is supposed to be of the final look.

Will the suit be entirely cgi or will it be partially cgi? I have reservations that an entirely cgi suit could come off feeling like a redo of Green Lantern, but on the otherhand I wouldn't be happy if that bts photo indicates a partially cgi Flash Venom style suit.

Yeah...I hear you & understand that sentiment. There are ways to do it effectively. Still, I suspect soon, the approach to this film, will start to reveal itself.
