What? Where does it show that?
EDIT
I think I know what you are talking about. To me that's not substantial enough to say it's Ahsoka.
IMHO that's a little flimsy. And if we are going to have a scenario where Ahsoka is alive, I need more justification than that. The end of Rebels shows she had a way of getting off.
I really like it all outside of the Ahsoka BS. Jacen was adorable, and I loved the final look for Sabine. That was just... cool. I am going to miss Hera and Sabine the most. Hope they come back.
Smart to intersect it basically with the Death Star's destruction. Explains why the Empire doesn't come back.
On the season two blu-ray you can slow mo it or pause it and see it's her going down those stairs/ passageway. So it happened after she returned to Malachor. And it's shown after Vader is shown limping away on the surface so it's 2 years before this season and 5 years before the epilogue.
Obviously she found a way off the planet but maybe not right away. The temple is huge. Who knows how long she had to look for a ship or a beacon to send out a distress signal. And besides, not everything in the galaxy revolves around the Rebellion. Not as far as the Force is concerned. Ahsoka not returning until after Endor isn't a huge deal. She had her own journey. Just like Ezra now has his own.
I'd really need confirmation from one of the creators about what that brief blip is supposed to be.
Even though Ahsoka says she's no longer a Jedi, it's not acceptable to me to have Ahsoka around for the entirety of the Galactic Civil War with Luke Skywalker, and she never gets involved again at all and only shows up again just to help Sabine find Ezra Bridger. I'd really need some better justification to keep Ahsoka on the chess table.

Star Wars Rebels was Ezra's story from the beginning. It really started with him.http://comicbook.com/starwars/2018/03/05/star-wars-rebels-time-travel/
Pablo Hidalgo also apparently confirmed that she was sent back to her own time.

Hidalgo and Filoni's response at least shows that what happened to Ahsoka was confusing. Because it's problematic that she was around for the entirety of the Galactic Civil War and never got involved at all or sought out Luke Skywalker. Sorry, but that's problematic.
Sure if you reduce the galactic story down to only the Civil War. But this is a galaxy with countless stories and countless characters that have their own personal journeys happening alongside each other. Gone are the days when everything in the canon revolved around and boiled down to Empire vs Rebels and the Skywalkers. The overall canon focuses on more now and the Force is involved in more than any single ongoing event. Not every Force user is going to get involved in and remain involved in the war with the Empire just because they happened to be alive at the time it took place. Ahsoka's journey took her on her own path away from the Civil War. There is nothing problematic about that. And I wouldn't rule out that she sought out Luke Skywalker. It's entirely possible that stories of Luke Skywalker are what drew Ahsoka back to the Rebellion and Sabine.
That's good foreshadowing.Bendu: "You cannot see. But I can."
Thrawn: "What? What do you see?"
Bendu: "I see your defeat. Like many arms surrounding you in a cold embrace."?

Ahsoka I can't really defend at all because we have no idea what the hell she was doing while the events of the OT went on...but Ezra's fate worked well in terms of how it serviced his character arc and the continuity of the films.
