It's implied that two of the mutants have intercourse at one point, and other than that there's one on screen kiss in the movie, between Rahne & Dani during a game truth or dare.

Ooh, interesting. I remember in the Brazil con footage it was revealed that Roberto was a virgin. Hopefully he will get some, lol. Henry and Anya posted a lot of pics together off set.

Do you feel like the trilogy has a chance of happening? I read that Boone wanted to make it a horror trilogy, but clearly Fox wasn’t a fan of his vision. I was hoping some of the new mutants can be apart of X-Force in October. Charlie doesn’t start filming S3 of Stranger Things until the end of April to the end of September.

At this point there are no plans for a trilogy or even a sequel. Of course, depending on how well the movie is received after the heavy reshoots and how it does at the box office, that could feasibly change (fingers crossed).

You should see most, if not all of the New Mutants in X-Force. But in all likelihood, aside from X-23 & Magik (if she returns) they won't be getting the screen time they deserve with X-Force seemingly focusing on the more mainstream characters from Deadpool 2 (which BTW is great despite what you may have heard).

The addition of DK is a positive thing as far as I'm concerned. Adds some much needed innocence & heart, plus bonus violence to the movie. Not to mention she's a familiar face that will most likely draw in a more mainstream audience. As a character I think she will fit in well. She & Sam develop a unique relationship where he sees her as this harmless sweet little sister he needs to protect (completely unaware of what she's capable of) and she has something of a childish crush on him that she doesn't really understand very well. Her relationship with the rest of the team on the other hand.... Not so good...

I can't say with any certainty why, (there are different rumors regarding the why) but I keep hearing that she may not return, or that she absolutely won't be returning in any manner following the reshoots. Hard to say exactly what's going on there.

correct me if i'm wrong, but Anya Taylor Johnson (or ATJ) tends to star in horror/supernatural films. This film was envisioned as a horror/superhero hybrid film and that's a great step for her career. However, last we heard, Fox wanted more superhero elements in the movie and they're stepping in last minute to make some changes. So maybe Fox just took away what she signed up for.

I mean, Magik is one hell of a creepy superhero. Fox should promise to keep her horrifically creepy, because Magik is horrifically creepy sometimes in the comic books, even compared to other New Mutants.

I wouldn't blame her if she left though. And I agree, she would look very good in the black outfit with the armor arm and the huge soul sword. I was looking forward to that.

Man, I really hope you're telling the truth because that sounds pretty awesome. I really really really want to see the continued story of DK's version of X-23, whether in New Mutants, X-Force, or in her own movie (preferably all three).

Yes, me too. And that's exactly why I don't want her to be in this. Shoehorning her into this... film sounds like a bad idea to me. This movie will do more harm for her than she will do good for it.

If she's in the film, its totally for to salvage the film and make it more marketable. If Kinberg was really planning this from the start, this last minute addition wouldn't happen. He's hired to oversee the films and he's doing a bad job at it.

X-23 isn't going anywhere. She's already on board, and plays a big role in the movie now. Infact most of the reshoots are being done to accommodate her addition.

Colossus' role on the other hand was pretty small and it's loss really shouldn't have a significant effect on the final product.

I don't know exactly why ATJ apparently won't be returning. The rumor is that it's due to some personal issues that occurred bts between some of the cast at the hotel during filming. I should probably just leave it at that.
