faith in humanity moved up a bit today... walked into the grocery store and someone had left a lotto ticket on the shopping cart, unscratched... So you know... I definitely scratched it. Won $5 (free ticket)... so I did the same thing.

Got in the car to head home... radio started playing the original ghostbusters song from 84....

What I am saying is there is still hope, children.

So last night I got into work and the guy I relieve tells me that we got a delivery of food for a tenant but the tenant didn't want it for what ever reason even though they ordered it so he told me I could have it (He's got dietary issues and can't eat just anything). I already had something so I put the food into the fridge and decided to get into it the next night. Well... Holy cow! Four containers, two cartons of white rice and what's in the containers... Man... There's a beef with veggies stew, chicken with veggies stew, spicy chicken with some kind of flat noodles and finally lamb chops in some kind of sauce with onions, carrots and potatoes. I haven't had lamb in probably more than twenty years and this was delicious.

So I made out like a bandit. Don't have to pay for dinner for a few days.

Well my aunt died yesterday. She was in hospice for a multitude of reasons. We don't know when the memorial service will be. Also I have no hot water again after they came and fixed it week and a half ago.
