Fair enough.

What I don’t get is your criticism of James Gunn getting praised all the time. GOTG Vol. 2 actually received mixed reviews, saying it wasn’t good as the first one. Not all his fans are blindly loyal to his films. They’ll call out issues when they see them.

Now, if you’re solely basing your dislike of his filmography by his association with the MCU, which you’ve made your dislike of very apparent, that’s kind of a dumb reason to not like his work.

Whereas, in regards to Zack Snyder, I don’t dislike the entire DCEU, only the films Snyder had more of a hand in, Wonder Woman notwithstanding. I’ve heard he’s a great person in real life; I just don’t like his filmmaking.
