Of anyone, it was Kevin Feige who was most nervous about Jackman’s return to the role, having previously warned the actor not to renege on the gut-wrenching finale of Logan. “I said, ‘Let me give you a piece of advice, Hugh. Don’t come back’,” Feige recalls. “‘You had the greatest ending in history with Logan. That’s not something we should undo.’” But it seems this won’t be the exact same Logan we’ve met in previous X-Men movies (“Correct,” says Feige), and after a long drive, Jackman decided that another take on the character was exactly what he hankered for. “I was about an hour into the drive,” he remembers. “And that question came into my head: ‘What do I want to do?’ And as soon as I asked the question, I wanted to do Deadpool & Wolverine. I just knew it. I drove for another hour. Couldn’t stop thinking about it. And I got out of the car, called Ryan, and said, ‘Ryan, if you’ll have me, I’m in.’” Get ready to go berserker.

Seems Kevin Feige at least would've wanted Logan to be Hugh Jackman's swan song and not step on its toes. Though would he pass up on the idea of bringing him back for Secret Wars?

Deadpool referring to the actors playing the characters makes me wonder...what does he think about his own actor? Like what would he say about Ryan Reynolds? Does he feel like Ryan Reynolds is controlling him? Or that he's controlling Ryan Reynolds? Is that too meta?

The 4DX trailer is amazing. Really hoping the 4DX version of the film itself brings the same energy the trailer did.

The stand out feature: the seats actually bopped to the music, as if dancing lol.

Never experienced anything like that before and it was easy to tell whoever programmed the trailer had a really fun time doing it.

I wonder why they’re dropping a Dazzler mini series right after the release of Deadpool and Wolverine…they announced it today

The Anti-Hero was already rumoured to play Dazzler several months ago. Its a huge deal to get the biggest singer/celebrity in the world right now to be in a Marvel movie. But in the long run, Taylor Swift isn't going to prioritize playing Dazzler. But it should be a cool thing, and hopefully would lead to Dazzler being a main X-Men team member in the comics and movies. She's pretty irrelevant to the team after the 80s.

If she is Dazzler, I don't think it's supposed to be a long time role anyway. Given that this movie is primarily dealing with the Fox versions rather than the MCU, it's probablly supposed to be a one off.
