This is so exciting. I'm not ready for her in live action!

Casting news this early. Real chance we see her on Mando s3 first.
Sabine and Din have too many parallels and too many contrasts to just be acquaintances when all is said and done. Sabine’s Rebels Season 3 Arc was basically a prototype of every Mandalorian Clan politics and Darksaber story that Din’s going to do, while they’re both heroic Mandos who sought to atone for a major mistake that wound up leading to them winning the darksaber in combat even when they didn’t want it or the responsibility. At the same time, she’s a blue-blood prodigy with an artistic streak who’s loyal to the Rebellion/Republic, while he’s a socially awkward adopted member of the religious sect who wears unpainted armor and has a distrust of the larger Republic.

Feels liked they at least need to have some fun sit-down conversation on stuff between them.

All this could've been avoided if she didn't give the Darksaber to that incompetent idiot traitor Bo-Katan Kryze. Bo-Katan literally helped organize a coup that was willing to assassinate her sister.

I 100% agree with this. Sabine's reluctance to lead, is what made her the right leader for the Mandos. Bo has been so terrible at everything. Coups, leadership, jailing, revenge, etc. :funny:

Lucas was actually pretty cool about throwing cameos to the actors who's faces weren't seen...

Sabine is basically the anti-Bo-Katan, though Bo-Katan had to talk her down from potentially using the Duchess against the Imperials, and Bo and Sabine’s mother Ursa are old friends and allies.

But let’s face it, Bo-Katan could very conceivably be portrayed as insecure around Sabine, and possibly irritated at seeing any parallels Din has to Sabine. Sabine could very well be a counterpart to Bo and the Armorer in terms of power players among the Mandos - she actually reclaimed the darksaber in combat against Gar Saxon, something the Armorer couldn’t deny and something Bo badly wishes she herself had done, but Sabine’s also reluctant about leadership herself and is completely on the side of the larger Galaxy and the Republic.

If Din starts becoming a bid picture hero, he’s more liable to want to take advise from Sabine and ignore the advise of Bo and the Armorer.

If other people start gathering around Din Djarin, Bo-Katan is liable to stab him in the back. Literally.
