Dead Redemption
(codenamed "Old West Project" in 2005), is the follow-up video game to its predecessor Red Dead Revolver released in May 2004. It is being developed by Rockstar San Diego. It was officially announced on February 4th, 2009. It is set to be released in the first half of Take Two's 2010 fiscal year, which spans November 2009 to April 2010.[1]

Synopsis

The game is set in 1908; it focuses around a former outlaw, John Marston, who is sent across the troubled American Frontiers to help in bringing the rule of law. The game will utilize open world gameplay similar to the Grand Theft Auto series with sandbox environments and free-roaming ability. The environments will include frontier towns, prairies, and mountain passes. Realistic horses utilizing the Euphoria physics will play a major part of the game's transport, and there will be over 40 animals that can be hunted and realistic weather changes including seasons and the ability to ride trains to go to certain places faster than free roaming.[2]

Development

A trailer of the project was released to a select number of people at a Sony conference in 2005.
On February 4, 2009 Rockstar Games announced the first official trailer.[3][4]
On May 6, 2009 The debut trailer became available for viewing on IGN and Rockstar's official website.
The game will be developed using the Rockstar Advanced Game Engine used by Grand Theft Auto IV and Rockstar San Diego's own Midnight Club: Los Angeles, with middleware including NaturalMotion's Euphoria animation engine.
I loved Red Dead Revolver, hopefully this will be a good follow-up.

No prob, i think its on the 3rd page, it would deff be bumped had Rockstar been at E3
