Sam Raimi goes pulp!

R U KIDDING, IF HE DIRECTS IT WILL BE AN AMAZING DAY INDEED. DARKMAN WAS SO AMAZING IT WAS A NOD TO THE SHADOW. AS A PULP FAN I'M EXCITED TO SEE IF RAIMI GETS TO DIRECT. THAT IS WHEN I'LL BE BOUNCING OFF THE WALLS

All the more reason for him to direct it.

Still, if he could aquire the rights, it would be bloody awesome. Just imagine it. Lamont Cranson, Dr. Charles Savage, and some other characters are all atending this big part in Washington DC. All sorts of poloticians and important people there. Then, a wall explodes and a bunch of guys with swords rush in. The last guy to walk in is Fu Manchu, saying "I am Professor Fu Manchu. I am here to make a new world."

Just as long as they render Nayland Smith into an opium addict! :woot:

I don't get how you could say he shouldn't do The Shadow cuz he's already done Darkman. To me the Characters are very different.

Also I feel that The Shadow is infinitely more bad ass.

I know it won't happen for lisencing reasons, but I'd love for the team to resemble the pulp analogues from Planetary:
