I mean if Jake is not snagged up by Marvel then yeah but I have a feeling Marvel is trying to get Gyllenhaal into their universe especially when it comes to Fantastic Four so if DC is smart they would go after Gyllenhaal but I don't think they will and it will be DC's loss
