"The Godfather of Superhero Trilogies." Not a bad comparison at all (even though I don't hate Spider-Man 3).

That said, this Honest Trailer is hilarious. I laughed really hard at the "Spider-Man Pooping" line.

I know what you mean. I even just like looking at the Blu-rays sitting in the shelf, knowing I have them and what great films they are.

On an unrelated point - I think TASM2 is a better film than what a tomato meter lists, but hey, if that drops down below SM3 , given I'm a SM3 lover, I'll take any form of 'victory', even against another film I like!

Watching some of these videos you guys posted really makes me see how many flaws there are in the trilogy,but I still love and adore it anyway. Sorry to bring up the new series,but I have to be honest when I say that no matter how good some future Spider-man films may be I will always prefer the Raimi series. I have yet to see ASM 2,but I'm sure that even if I love it I'll put it behind the trilogy. I'm so biased,I think. Yes,I consider them all epic,fun and heartwarming movies but I must admit that my nostalgia for the series plays a part on why I love it so much too. Because the series is far from perfect,but that doesn't make me dislike it at all. All three films also remind me of a better time in my life as well. So,the series will always hold a special place for me.

Sony re-re-released the Spider-Man trilogy on bluray, in new packaging. It's gorgeous.

Too bad there's no new features.

Gwen was one of the best parts of spiderman 3 it's a shame they could not have done more with her. I'm hoping we get a 3.1 though i'm begining to doubt how much it would help that movie..
