Her costume looks amazing in the third act.

Said this elsewhere but I was struck on my first rewatch by how pretty this movie is overall.

Especially in 4K. First ever 4K movie I watched (and downloaded...)

I loved the synth-y vibes Toprak used for all the Kree/cosmic stuff. Hope we get more of that in the sequel.

Right? I was lukewarm on the music at first, but then it really grew on me. "I'm All Fired Up" is one of my favorite tracks out of any superhero movie. With Zimmer's Phoenix score on the horizon, I'll be a happy camper with my favorite fiery ladies!

First, this wasn't Auntie Carol behavior, it was Kree-trained Vers behavior. Second, the dude wasn't just a catcaller. He invaded Vers' space by grabbing her map and not taking the hint when she wasn't communicating with him.

Precisely. For some reason people are forgetting she's literally a villain in that scene lol. She's not the hero she'd become later. She's been hunting down innocent Skrulls for the first half of the freaking movie. Why did everyone miss that all of the sudden? She has yet to go through her character arc. The scene acts as a rather good place to start with her arc.

But, the scene was deleted FOR A REASON lol. it would have worked well if there was a follow up scene, but there was no feasible way to fit it in. Thus it was deleted from the actual film.

Oof with these people complaining about it. There's no logical reason to, period. Hell, as an homage to T2, it's actually pretty cool.

That deleted scene is just yet another excuse to bash the movie. Brie Larson and Captain Marvel have become the favorite punching bag of all the worst nerds on the internet; what's worse is that some of them are even profiting from all the hate.

It's disturbing to watch but no one wants to do anything about it. It's no wonder that Brie is becoming more and more inactive on social media.

Got the digital copy and have watched it three times already. Well, all the way through once and from the Louisiana scenes forward the other two times.

Rewatched this and my love for it grew. Didn't happen to me on my first rewatch, I don't know why. I think this movie is a grower. Changed my ratings from 8.5 to 9. I enjoyed the cosmic part of the movie more and hope we get more of that in the sequel.

I'm doing in-store pick-up on mine because based on past experience, that's the only way I'm guaranteed to get it on release day, lol.

I ordered online because I got a 10% discount due to my June birthday and it reduces the hassle of getting my reward points since in-store buys don't seem to show up immediately for me. Plus I was able to find some other Blu-rays on sale that got me free shipping.

My only issue with their reward system is my physical BB card came out before they revamped their online tracking so it doesn't always sync up properly. That's why I sometimes have to manually input the in-store purchase number, which then takes a bit of time to get them to show up.

Yeah I have a really old card too, but I've never manually put in in-store purchases, so maybe that's why I sometimes don't seem to get my points.

Been tracking my Best Buy shipment and just saw that my order had arrived in the main USPS distribution center near my post office. Delivery date is now scheduled for Monday. We'll see if that happens.

I had that complaint that some scenes seemed too dark. some of you told me it was probably the bulbs of the theater projectors but I want to see how I feel when I rewatch it.
