Did you watch Angel? She was in every episode of season 4. It’s only in the last 5 episodes or so where her character is in a coma because CC had just had her baby and was going on maternity leave. She’s still in one scene of each of those episodes though.

No, you're right. I didn't watch the show. I like making things up.

Then I assume you merely misspoke when you said she was absent from most of the season considering she was in every episode.

I dont buy the Rebirth rumor at all. Even for BS scoopers this is pathetically lazy. But in 2020 who knows I guess.

Well, more that from my memory it seemed like she was absent from most of the season other than occasionally when they'd check in on her body. If it was only 5 episodes, then it felt a lot longer to me.

Well I don’t blame you for thinking that cause the Cordy/Connor storyline felt like it lasted a eternity.

I liked the Conner storyline when he first got back. But I think they dragged it on a little too long. Still, my favorite show of all time. Probably watched every episode about 5 times over the years but not in quite a while so my memory blurs on some of the details, especially seasons 3 and 4. Season 4 felt like one single episode cut up in many parts so I couldn't even give it anything more than a general rundown if I tried. Probably the weakest of the 5 seasons.

People are gassing up DC Fandome way too much

They'll probably just talk about movies we know are coming and release some trailers like they been doing at every comic con post BvS

Dude, after the past 6-7 months, I will take anything Fandome is willing to give. The entertainment industry has barely had anything exciting happen since Hollywood is shutdown. Getting official DC film news, pics, footage And trailers is gonna be like an oasis in the Sahara.

I'm not taking about personal behavior with Snyder. I'm talking about quality of work. There is so much out there that might be true or not true and who is the one stating it?

Reddit recently posted a link to an old Tracking-Board story by Neil Turitz from November 2017. To paraphrase, he says a person involved with the reshoots said they had to do reshoots because the film Snyder shot was unwatchable.

Ironically, that same person claimed an actor didn't say their lines as written and Whedon sternly reprimanded the cast and put an end to the practice.

So in that one article you have Snyder's work described as being unwatchable and Whedon being stern and uncollaborative.

Both might be true, some of it might be true, none of it might be true.

I don’t believe that garbage about him locking GG in a room. It’s absurb and a complete character reversal for Whedon but this? This I definitely believe. Whedon has a long history of being a control freak back to the Buffy days and used to do interviews trash talking actors who would change his dialogue like Donald Sutherland. He didn’t have any clout back then so all he could do is complain in a interview but after Avengers I could see him shutting it down.

This. We'll get another trailer for WW84 and a trailer for the Snyder cut. Maybe some footage from The Batman and The Suicide Squad.

Joss did the biggest possible hatchet job he could on the character in the process of writing her out, that was my biggest problem.

He claimed it was because of the short notice he got from Charismaa but there are still fans out there, myself included, pissed off that he couldn't come up with an alternative. It's actually amazing that a writer of his calibre at the time couldn't come up with something better that wouldn't of destroyed the character.

That's why to this day fans are suspicious and that the 100th episode was basically a "sorry we messed up so bad" to the fans.

He essentially power tripped Charisma in a way that meant she couldn't come back to work.

Didn't they add two unnamed movies they are discussing?

Was the 100th episode the "You're Welcome" episode (I think that's what it's called). I thought that was powerful in the end, all things considered.

It was, but what I mean is that it shouldn't have been necessary, and only was because of the terrible job done on writing out her character.

Why not? They could continue that with the old cast while a new cast is on the big screen

It’s not impossible but I can’t see it. Also would Gal & Jason still be doing solos in this time? So you could have 2 big screen versions of WW & AM at the same time. That’s where I’m not sure.

that'd be for later on though, at least wait till Gal/Jas etc retires, like when they stopped with Tobey as spidey, not during Spiderman 2

Well like I said I see Gal only doing one more WW and Jason doing at most 2 more Aquaman’s. I think a JL Rebirth would probably be 7 to 10 years away anyway.

I never got the appeal for Joss. His shows like Buffy and Angel were terribly acted and badly written. Just complete bore fests.
Anyway hope he gets whats coming to him. He was unprofessional with what he did to Zac's Justice League movie. People use excuses for him about being under the pump. Ahhh last time I checked thats Hollywood. Its the big league. The top.
He should be used to it by now. He been in the industry long enough to know better and how to treat people. He's got no excuses.
And there's no JL reboot with AT&T pumping lot's in Zac's Justice League movie. Zac is already getting a chance to continue his world and will even more so if his Justice League is successful.

I've probably said it before, but I think the best way to go about it would be to launch new franchises for each member of the new JL EXCEPT Wonder Woman and Aquaman, let Gadot and Momoa finish out their franchises in the meantime (and let them guest-star in the Snyderverse stuff on HBO Max if that's gonna be a thing), and then after those two franchises are done and the new ones are off the ground, that's when you do a new JL movie (maybe 6-8 years from now) with the newly established heroes. Use that JL movie to introduce the new Wonder Woman and Aquaman for that franchise. I'm intentionally leaving out Flash here because I don't know what Flashpoint's doing, but I do think it would be wise to use it to launch a separate Flash while it's already dabbling in multiverse shenanigans, and leave Ezra to the Snyderverse corner of things.

it is confusing mess but that's how it is with comics so in that sense WB is true to comics lol
