A Good Day to Die Hard

She's sexy But I wonder why she's taking her cloths off and going in her under cloths in a parking lot after driving up all badass on a bike&sexy leather suit

Maybe she's putting them on.

From the pictures above I get the impression whoever she is starts off the film as a good guy, and is revealed to be bad later on.

In the trailers she unzips the suit,I'm guessing she's going to put on a different suit though and that's why I was curious,Yeah I think she starts off as an Allie then goes bad too..OR vice-verse

People undress only in porn? I thouht I saw **** in the original Die Hard...

Yeah But she wasn't a main character,I'd be fine with her being badass in her underwear But I was simply curious IF there was a reason and wanted to know what goes on in that scene,And IF some of you knew the answer cause of a spoiler or something.

Just wait for the friggin' movie xD
Why the need to know stuff before watching a movie?

I explained this in the other thread. Shes one of the main ass kicking bad guys who puts a major hurting on one of the mcclane. Acc to earlier script rumors she beats the **** out og jack and jack gets saved by john. They manage to escape her shooting at them then she chases them around the building on a helicopter which is blowing the hell out of the building theyee running around in. They manage to bring down the helicopter and the ensuing explosion kills her. Jack is injured as hell and lucky else shed have beaten him to death

Despite the PG-13 rating, Live Free is a better movie than Die Hard 2 for me. At least the fourth as its own identity.

I agree.

I don't hate DH2 like a lot of people(I found it enjoyable) but it is still the weakest one. The problem I had with Live Free was Justin Long. I like him in comedies but he was just annoying in Die Hard. Well, that and a weak villian, but the action was good.

I don't agree. Live Free or Die Hard was quite bland, 'washed up' and "sOo fRiGgIn' CoOlZ". It almost felt like a comic book or sci-fi movie at times, especially the action scenes. And let's not talk about the cinematography and that exaggerated use of digital color correction. It barely felt like a Die Hard movie. Everything looked and felt so damn artificial. John Moore isn't a better director, but so far I like his take better (just from what I've seen, could be worse, who knows). And it seems like Marco Beltrami got his act together this time around, aswell.

With Die Hard 2 you're either in on the joke that the same **** happens to the same guy twice, or you're not. It's not at all on par with (especially) Die Hard and Die Hard with a Vengeance - Renny Harlin is no John McTiernan, and the script wasn't as tight - but it's still a fun thrillride.

Even its poster feels out of place with that horrible steely green-brown tint (and the lack of any red)... xD

I like Die Hard 2, I'm in on the same **** happens joke but the plane crash always leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth.

I can understand that; it makes that segment of the movie too serious and heavy.

Okay, more speculation on Cole Hauser's Collins for this movie.

Collins is not the main bad-guy, but he is the one featured in most of the commercials and previews, alongside the Russian villainess Irina. The main bad-guy is supposedly the old bearded guy you see in the elevator sequence, and the name Collins is very much not Russian or Serbic, so I'm betting that Collins is a mercenary second-in-command who will provide most of the muscle and firepower we see in the trailers. The fact that his last name seems Irish makes me wonder if he's going to turn out to be former IRA or something and they'll play up him as an anti-McClane.

Thanx for that info,I was curious about her character.

I don't have to wait,I simply want to friggin know and that's it and so IF you don't know the answer to my question..Don't reply.

You don't need to know why I want to know!

 That was a rhetorical question.

P.S.: godisawesome, Cole Hauser isn't featured in any of the trailers and TV spots...

Agree with both of you, I like the movie but for me Die Hard 2 is the worst of the series in my eyes, with Live Free, or Die Hard 4.0 here in the UK, just above it in 3rd. I am curious to see were the new movie comes in.

Thankfully, this looks like a lot of fun compared to the last one. And I know this is rated R (thank God) but I have a feeling it'll be a soft R.

Live Free or Die Hard was made in a similar way, in that they weren't sure if they were going for PG13 or R so they made the film in a way that doesn't go too far "over the line". They retained the ability to tone it back to PG13, which they did. I'm guessing they had a similar strategy with this one, but left in some of the cursing and a little bit of gore to earn the R.

Well that's just like your opinion man.

A Die Hard film should indeed be judged by the amount of red on its poster. No argument there.

I actually liked Justin Long. I liked this nerdy tech guy being thrust into the situation with a badass like McClane.

Though I can understand your dislike for him.

 You DO know I was kidding, right?

Anyway, I liked Justin Long aswell.
It was Len Wiseman's direction the put me off.

^I thought Long was great, very funny and actually could and did make a difference to the plot and story, another great companion for McClane IMO.
