Yeah it was a bit of a rough patch today. Still 85% is pretty good! Hopefully them international critics will round this bad boy up quite nicely. We'll see.

What's really interesting is how all the reviews mention other MCU films. Almost every review mentions Black Panther or IFW or the wait for the next Avengers film. As I read some both good and bad, it's like they're not reviewing the film solely as a stand alone film but as a piece of the MCU.

Starting to think the critics are getting invested in the MCU as well.

Starting to think the critics are getting invested in the MCU as well.

The lighter tone of the movie after Infinity War is also something I've noticed some are citing as a positive. It definitely works the movie's favor, imo.

Yeah, this is 18th MCU film that's certified fresh.

Versus 0/3 for all of Snyder's DCEU films.

If any of the next movies breaks the streak it might be A4, just because a ton of critics that are not into the MCU will review. They may also feel it will be the "Same". Other than that I think they are going to ride the fresh wave for a long time.
