I’m exaggerating like the post I responded to was exaggerating with labeling everything as fascist. I will say though that the rioters, looters, antifa, and the zealous loud speaker mouth breathers that the Left funds and supports are reminiscent of the Brown Shirts of early Hitler Germany. Well he probably thought it wasn't worth the effort. You asked me the other day how Trump is a fascist with examples, I did it, and then you ghosted after the answer.

I got the same after I pointed out the winner take all nature of the electoral college made various votes (repub and dem) basically not count and is inherently anti-democratic. The earlier responses were works of sheer obfuscation and avoidance of the point that are rarely seen here or anywhere else.

I knew it was basically a waste of my time, but it was sort of fun to watch someone tie themselves in knots, make mind numbing assumptions, and wander around like a drunk after last call. I think the point was that if you live in the same house, you vote the same way and therefore one person, one vote is inherently unfair.

Maybe I should just be 3/5 of a vote because I live in a large city.

You don't know the difference between socialism, communism nor fascism. Trump ticks a lot of boxes on dictatorship, autocratic behavior and fascism, yet you have no issue with that? Cool. You don't even seem to grasp what antifa is inherently about. Anti-fascism. They're the opposite of the far right. No organization, no hierarchy, no structure, no clear message even. You can't fund something which isn't even an organization. It's why antifa is a nothing in Europe. It's a network that goes larping against fascists occasionally. Sure, they don't do it legally either but compared to the stuff the far right does all over the world, it's nothing.

The enlightened centrist (read conservative), usually knows what those things are. But that's not the game. The game is to play whataboutism, while trying to equate the issues with the Democratic party or the left with the horror show the Republican party so obviously is. This is why there is focus on shadowy figures in the background who are the real issue, as conspiracy theories like QAnon are being encouraged by the party and the President himself.

Somehow I missed this. Please tell me, one, just one person on the left, who funds "antifa". Just one person. Please say Soros.

Furthermore to your point, antifa does not exist in the way you think it does. There is no system, there is no organization. We don't get email to attend Zoom meetings once a week, we don't get paychecks from the DNC, or AOC, or Chomsky, or Bernie. It's not a paramilitary wing of the democratic party. I'd even go on record to say people who identify as antifa don't much care for Democrats, and probably equate them to Republicans. I understand that, as you are a conservative, the idea of an organic movement not being paid for is suspect.

Also Biden is not "the Left". No establishment democrat is on "the Left."

Alright, good, now we know what fascism is. Now, for the examples:

It is when you don't know what communism, authoritarianism, or fascism is. Your incorrect use of communism and apparently lack of knowledge of what fascism is, is the issue here. Trump is a fascist, Biden is not a communist. Thus voting against Biden for being a communist is anti-intellectual. Voting against Trump for being a fascist is reality.
