Homecoming SPOILERS ALLOWED****Spider-man Homecoming: Your Favorite Scenes****SPOILERS ALLOWED

Every scene that doesnt have Ned in it
The car
The boat
the monument
spidey by himself
the storage

Aunt May: "What the F..." AND CUT!

So many scenes but my absolute favourites have to be
the Ferris Bueller inspired running sequence
the storage facility
the Washington monument rescue
the superb car scene and the Toomes opening the door before it
the under the rubble scene recreation from the comics
Tom Holland really sold this. Sony and Marvel struck gold with this kid.

  • Classic theme as the Marvel Studios intro played. If only that had been the main theme of the score.
  • Peter and Keaton's realization of what has happened and will happen in the car. Ominous and extremely well-executed.
  • Peter, having exhausted his options and fearful still making the right decision and running through the hallway, ditching his suit as he rushes to his homemade Spider-Man outfit.
  • Peter finding his way out of the storage facility. Perhaps a little rushed and glossed over, but it was nice to finally see Parker using his noggin on the big screen.
  • Lifting the rubble. Could've been done better IMO, but I can't leave that iconic a moment off this list. My biggest qualm was him hearing Stark instead of Aunt May (or preferably Uncle Ben, but that just is what it is at this point). Aunt May even had a line at the dinner scene that would've worked IIRC.
  • Peter saving Toomes from the wreckage, even putting himself in peril to try and save him BEFORE the Chitauri tech blows.
  • Aunt May finding out the secret. Loved it.
  • Mac Gargan and Toomes confrontation. Can't wait to see more. I really hope they're building to a Sinister Six in the third solo film. Easy built-in motive for Toomes with Scorpion kidnapping his daughter, or they could just pass the tech to Blackie Drago. I'm hype!

I'll be back with more, I'm sure.

I enjoyed the twist Toomes being Liz's father. That got a real loud applause from the audience. Just Peter being a teenager was great all around.

Donald Glover- That's not your voice I know what a girl sounds like.
Peter in interrogation voice- I'm not a girl I'm a boy, I mean man.

I really liked the scene where he's trapped underneath the rubble and starts to panic and even cry (?) before he calms himself and gets out of there. It's nice to see that just cuz you're a hero you don't have to be macho all the time, he's just a kid after all.

Even though I am totally against the idea of a "smartsuit" with an AI it did produce a few funny scenes.
The scene where he finds out who the Vulture is was really intense.

"Interrogation Mode" was pretty solid.

was that a jab at Batman?

and it might be a stretch but is the "kill mode" a reference to the iron giant?

I absolutely loved the quick scene of him stealing Flash's car. Thought it was great that he lowered his voice and tried to sound all intimidating.

Everything about the scene where he picked Liz up for the dance, just because it beautifully mixed tension, drama, character work, and humor. Plenty of people in my audience chuckled pretty much throughout the sequence, because Keaton nailed the perfect mix of a dangerous man being as fire sly as can be, but with just enough menace behind it to make all the implications throughout fun.

Plus, I just loved the frozen smile he gives as Liz exits the car.

I just remembered the "Hey Spider-Man!" guy I laughed hard when he told him to do a flip. It was great to see him on the ferry.

Then how he runs into the trash cans right in front of Flash. :lmao:

I loved the whole ferry sequence. Spider-Man was amazing and it was really cool to see Iron Man help him out.

I really loved the things we just hadn't seen yet in the movies, like Spidey eating a churro or catching rides on trains and cars, and getting around without skyscrapers everywhere. I've been craving those little moments.

So many;

- The deli scene with Peter and the owner.
- When Peter comes home to Aunt May and all upset and tells her he lost the "Stark internship".
- The interrogation scene. Hilarious.
- The infamous twist scene with Toomes.
- Staten ferry sequence.
- Ned being caught "watching porn".
- Peter rejecting Stark's offer and opting to stay as a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.
- The whole sequence in the car between Toomes and Peter. So tense.
- The brilliant nod to ASM #33.
- Toomes "firing" one of his employees for being reckless.

The part where he lifts up the rubble by far. That scene is so Spider-Man . Beaten but not broken!

I'm struggling to think of a scene I don't want to mention.

The homage to The Amazing Spider-Man #33.
The scene with Toomes in the car.
The fight scene with Shocker II.
Trying to interrogate Aaron and failing.
The "MJ" scene.
Stealing Flash's car.
"I was watching porn."

Oh man, I'll go with the scenes that made me smile, "Good ole' Spider-Man," and the Washington Monument set piece.
